Why we exist
Mission
To make physical work structured, verified, and trusted at the point of work.
We start with logistics because it is where speed, complexity, labor, physical movement, data integrity, and enterprise systems collide every day.
Vision
To build the execution layer that connects the physical world to the intelligent enterprise.
People, devices, cameras, scanners, RFID, voice, conveyors, vehicles, robots, and humanoids all become actors in execution. The physical world should run on verified execution, not assumptions.
Origin
PackageX began in 2018 as a package receiving app for campuses, hotels, airports and freight forwarders, with camera-agnostic Vision AI at its core from day one.
2018
We started with receiving.
Receiving was manual, slow, and error-prone. Cameras read labels and documents before most people knew what Vision AI was.
First 100 customers
The real problem was execution.
Customers asked for routing, internal delivery, outbound, handoffs, custody, evidence, and verification.
Today
The execution layer for physical operations.
Starting with logistics and supply chain: execute, verify, and evidence work at the point of work.
The insight
From the outside, workflows look alike: receive, move, store, pick, pack, stage, load, deliver, return, inspect, reconcile. Inside, every facility is different. The world looks at the top 1% of automated facilities and assumes the rest work the same way. They do not.
99%
of facilities run on their own teams, layouts, devices, labels, systems, rules, handoffs, and exceptions.
PackageX was built for the messy reality of physical work.
The execution gap
ERP, WMS, TMS, OMS, and IMS store records and coordinate processes. They do not guide, verify, or prove what happens at the point of work.
ASSUMED · SYSTEMS OF RECORD
VERIFIED · PACKAGEX
Assume what is arriving
Verify shipments, documents, and counts at receipt
Learn what happened after the fact
Capture what happens as it happens
Leave operators to tribal knowledge
Guide every step at the point of work
Trust the record
Verify every step before it becomes a record
Reconcile downstream
Create proof automatically at the source
When execution is not verified at the source, everything downstream becomes reconciliation.
What we are building
Apps, Vision AI, workflow configuration, verification, evidence capture, and backend connectivity in one execution platform.
Guide operators step by step, right at the point of work.
Read labels, documents, barcodes, RFID and voice, and recognize objects, quantities and conditions.
Coordinate people, devices, cameras, scanners, conveyors, forklifts, trailers and robotics.
Check each step as work happens, not after the fact.
Surface exceptions as they occur, with assistance to resolve them.
Capture evidence automatically as work is done.
Turn completed work into trusted execution data.
Send verified data back into your backend systems.
Work is not just recorded. It is executed, verified, and evidenced as it happens.
Why now
AI can only be as good as the data it runs on. If execution data is incomplete, delayed, or wrong, AI amplifies the problem. PackageX creates ground truth at the point of work, so operations, analytics, automation, and AI run on trusted execution data instead of assumptions.
Physical AI will not be built only in labs or dashboards. It will be built where work happens.

Venture backed
The truth of what happened still lived at the point of work: on labels, documents, devices, cameras, and human actions. We were early to Vision AI because we were close to the physical world. Execution should not be assumed. It must be verified.
